Compensation

CTC up to ₹6 LPA (includes Fixed Pay + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance)

Role Overview

This is a field sales role focused on driving student engagement and building partnerships with educational institutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to 12th-grade schools and colleges to schedule and deliver interactive demo sessions for students
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with principals, teachers, and educational partners
• Execute on-ground marketing activities such as stalls, events, and promotions
• Manage outreach data and maintain accurate daily reports


Who Should Apply?

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada + English
• Passion for education, student interaction, and field-based work
• Freshers or candidates with 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or education counseling
• Must be willing to travel extensively (travel reimbursements provided)
• Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop
