Duties & Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed business targets for Personal Loan sales
• Build and manage a strong referral network for continuous lead generation
• Drive branch-level sales activities to meet business goals
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Graduate
• 2–3 years of experience in Branch Sales (preference for personal loan experience)
Salary Range
• ₹6 – 9 LPA (based on experience, skills, and interview performance)
